What Causes Cramps In The Back And Navel Area During Menstruation

Yes I have been having this pain for about a week now, keeps getting worse feels like a pired cramps but also from my lower back and bellybutton area down to my feet, but then I started getting knife pains in my side and uterus area. Then I started bleeding but I don t think it s from my period, since I was on it for 5 months straight then it stopped right before the pain, it hurts to sit, lay down, my heart is also constantly beating fast, I get lightheaded/dizzy and week. Plz

to me it ap-pears all problem are related to fibroid uterus.get checked by gynecologist. after examination diagnosis can be confirmed and proper treatment be recomanded.
