What Causes Cramps In The Hands And Numbness In The Fingers?

I have been getting cramps in both hands particularly the left. In the left I have occasional tingling and numbness in my pinky and ring fingers. I ve also had cramps in both feet, calves and left hamstring? What might be causing this? I drink plenty of water. Take magnesium and a multivitamin with extra b I have hypothyroidism, migraine, A-Fib, Atrial flutter and syncope (for no reason I fall. The last time I fell I scraped up both knees and have bruises on both shins and knees) trying to figure out why that s happening. I m afraid I m going to fall and get seriously hurt. My current job is loading truck for UPS. any suggestions you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Yes I m under the care of a Cardiologist, EP, GP, Nuero. and Endo. I m looking for quality of life I missed another summer without being able to go anywhere. Just dr visits. Right now I m on disability but it s only short term

The most common causes of spasms are overused muscles (in the hands that might be due to writing or typing) and dehydration. Other causes of muscle cramping include low levels of calcium and magnesium. Another possibility is that you have carpal tunnel syndrome, which occurs when the nerves in the wrist are compressed.
