What Causes Cramps In The Left Hand And Fingers?

Hi, my question is that I need to know what s going on with me. Sometimes my left hand sort of cramps up and my fingers stay in a certain position. It s painful and so far has happened with two of my fingers. Today the middle finger experienced it too. What s going on with me?

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Finger cramps are muscle spasm of fingers - This could be simple over use, Carpel tunnel syndrome compressing on nerves & vessels supplying fingers, Rheumatoid arthritis/ nerve pinching at cervical spinal level .
Hot compression/ pushing the great toe back/ physiotherapy, calcium & vitamin D supplements can relieve the pain.
Recurring pain needs orthopedic doctor's advise.
