What Causes Cramps In The Legs Radiating To The Foot?

for the past week now I have been getting this crampy feeling in my leg and down into my foot it usually only happens at bedtime when im laying down and relaxed as well my lower back has been hurting a lot and very tender and sore at all times laying down or sitting or walking what could be the cause of these and should I go see the doctor?

I really appreciate your concern, it may be the case of intermittent claudication, try to keep the leg in elevated position at the time of bed, drink more water, such condition can be given try with vitamin E, it is better to get done the Doppler study to rule out the circulation disturbances, gender and age may be matter of concern and it is not being given here hope this information helps.
