What Causes Cramps In The Lower Abdomen?

I have had moderate cramping in the lower abdomen area along with gassy elimination. This started on Saturday evening and has continued. I can reduce the pain by taking Aleve but it comes back when that wears off. I ate something that didn t agree with me on Saturday morning and at first chalked it up to that. Am concerned that it is still occurring but is not getting any worse.

Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.

This seems to be ill digestion and usually it gets better when the irritant food material has left the body , I would suggest you to take ample fluids, simple food, Fruits and vegetables, no coffee caffeine, fizzy drinks and junk food should be taken.

This should get better with time do take food full of fiber this will help with stool habits.

I hope this answered your question, If you have more queries I am happy to answer you.
Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad
