What Causes Cramps In The Pelvic Region With History Of Undergoing Total Hysterectomy?

Hi, I had a total hysterectomy seven years ago. About a month and a half ago I began having abdominal pain. My Dr. prescribed Dexilant and Dicyclomine and I had an ultrasound, gall bladder ejection test, xrays, bloodwork, urinalysis, and an abdominal/pelvic CT scan. All came back normal. I began feeling fine for a few days then yesterday I began having cramps in my lower pelvis area, and just feeling sick and terrible. Could either of these medications be causing this? What could this be?
