What Causes Cramps In The Right Calf After A Miscarriage?

Just finishing a natural miscarriage, and I ve been having crampy type pain in my right calf. I ve also noticed it sometimes works its way up my thigh. my toes, specifically my big toe, feel constantly cold as well. I haven t noticed any majorly noticeable swelling, and I m neither sedentary not super active. Probably going to call obgyn tomorrow, just a little concerned. This has been going on for a couple days.
