What Causes Cramps In The Thighs And Lower Abdomen?

Hello, pls I ve suffered from irregular periods (period could be absent as long as 8 months and when it flows could last heavily for 6weeks straight, with huge clumps) all my life since 13, never been diagnosed with anything... initially doctors said it was hormonal imbalance later they said probably PCOS but there was no specific diagnosis. I ve never been pregnant even when I didn t play safe. Now I just got married been having serious cramps from my left thighs to my left lower abdomen, constant acid reflux, rumbling stomach, jaw weakness, slight nausea, headaches and haven t seen my period in 4 months.. done several urine pregnancy tests and still negative. Pls advice I m just tired of all these

Hi, I think you should do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of irregular periods. Also do a AMH level. It will tell you regarding the number of antral follicles in your ovaries and help in diagnosis of pcos or premature ovarian failure. You can take some medicines like progesterone for inducing periods.
