What Causes Cramps In The Upper Abdomen, Vomiting And Diarrhea?
22 year old. Male. 75kg. I have on/off cramps in my upper abdomen for the past few days. No nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea. I am taking lexapro 15mg for a few months and buscopan 10mg for stomach cramps over the past 2 days. I am eating and drinking water but not as much as usual. Any opinions appreciated?

It would be better if you go for an ultrasound because these drugs will gove you symptomatic relief but will not cure the cause which is needed to be revealed
