What Causes Cramps In The Vagina And Pelvic Area During Pregnancy?
I just found I was 4 weeks and I ve been having weird cramps in my vagina and pelvic area for a few days which I thought was normal. Last night I started bleeding and have had a few blood clots. Nothing terrible but deffinatly more the just spotting. Could this be a miscarriage?
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I have read your description and understand your concern. Based on the symptoms you have described, it is indicating that you could have been on the process of miscarriage. Experiencing spotting, cramps and passing blood clots are not good signs during the initial stages of pregnancy. Kindly take absolute bed rest. Drink good quantity of fluids. Do not strain yourself physically. Get an ultrasound scan done at the earliest and consult Gynecologist with the report for clinical assessment and appropriate management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
