What Causes Cramps, Irregular Periods, Hot Flashes And Constipation?

I have been experiencing cramps, irregular periods, hot flashes and constipation. First the irregular period.. My normal period came on then went off and about 3 days later cane back on. Then the constipation, then the cramps, now hot flashes.. My period came on and went off now I m spotting again Today ..4 days after my period went off. Please help

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to hormonal imbalance. I suspect an estrogen deficiency in your case. FSH level testing will be helpful in ruling out that. Combined oral contraceptive will be helpful in such situation also. A gynecologic consultation is well appreciated in such case. Hope this may help you.
