What Causes Cramps, Lower Back Pain And Frequent Urination?

hi i am a 23 yr old femaIe have cramp pains,and lower back pain, urinating alot, somtimes its cloudy and strong,doesnt hurt to pee,i get alot of discharge.Im not sexually active. I do smoke marijuna every night. Could this be ovulation pains or is this a uti?

This can be due to urinary tract infection so a urine routine investigation will be required for this condition , start taking urinary alkalizing syrups.
