What Causes Cramps, Occasional Sharp Pain, Hunger And Fatigue After Eating?

1 wk past ovulation and have cramps and occasional sharp pains. Fatigue as soon as finishing eating and appetite increase. Ttc for a while after a m/c dec 2012-irregular periods hormones out of each after that. Everything back to normal now. Could this be symptoms of pregnancy? As well as lack of energy-could spend the whole day just laying in bed.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. It is too early to experience any pregnancy symptoms even if you did conceive. Your symptoms suggest hypoglycemia and you should get the blood glucose levels checked. Electrolyte imbalances also should be suspected as they can also give rise to weakness and fatigue. Since you are trying to conceive, you can go for an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres ten days after ovulation. This is the earliest way to confirm/exclude pregnancy. Else, you can wait for your next period and go for a HPT if you miss it. Hope this helps.
