OBGYN 's  Response
Dear first i must tell it is common to have missed period s with the depot injections. Secondly the symptoms of abdominal pain with cramps , lower backache and pain in the vagina are little correlated with the lower urinary tyract infection and asside effect of depo in which due to missed periods cramps occur .
So i must tell you that you must refer to agynoecologisyt and get your self examined so that she can decide the investigations and accordingly the line of treatment be decided Take care
