General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

what you're probably experiencing is post-operative pain or discomfort. this usually occurs on the first few days after your surgery and will eventually subside. the pain/discomfort after gallbladder surgery occurs not only the post-operative site area, but also over your flanks and sometimes back region. complete your antibiotics as prescribed and take your pain medications as needed. a follow-up with your surgeon is also best for clinical evaluation.

hope this helps.

good day!!
