What Causes Cramps Under The Ribcage On The Right Side?

I am getting cramps under my right ribcage, foot front of shin, neck and they hurt really bad - I drank BIG glasses of water, ate chips in case my salt was down, juice if my sugar was low - I recently had out patient back surgey and the swelling in my feet has gone down almost completely in about 1 week - I was diagnosed as a predictable with arthritis in my lower back - Im eating really good doing acai shakes with real fruit and scoops of Super food, low sodium diet what is going on -

Hi,

Pain condition of under rib area, foot in front of the shin, and neck seem to be a muscular pain. It could be non-specific but most of the time it is due to some functional factor and a chronic condition is said to be fibromyalgia. Your pain condition are nothing to take anything with the old medical history given here, muscle relaxant can be tried orally and locally like Chlorzoxazone orally, and rubefacient for local application.
