What Causes Cramps With Pain In Legs & Flu In Patients With PCOS?

my name is mrs.berin ,i am suffering polycystic ovaries,i end up ivf treatment,i had embryo transfer on last tuesday ,now i am having period cramps,including leg pain,now i m having really bad coughs without having any flues,especially night,i m taking progestrone,could u answer why?
