What Causes Cramps With Vaginal Discharge?

Hi so I had cramps probably 2 weeks ago and now I am having some kind of orangy pink discharge, my period isnt even supposed to be here for 9 days and its clearly not my period bc it would be red and very heavy, I think it s spotting but I m not sure, I think I m pregnant
