What Causes Cramps,heavy Bleeding And Leaking Breast?

hi, im a 15 year old african american girl. i am also 100 pounds over weight. I was curious to know can i be pregnant. i havent had sex in 7 months and i have had my period everymonth, even twice a month. i have had slight bleeding but nothing heavy it has just been cramps and blood clots. i get these movements in my stomach and i can sometimes see it. its almost like popcorn and other days its like a wave or something. my breast have been really sore, but im birth control. i recently took a home pregnancy test and it came back negative. i dont want to go to the doctor because they might look at me like im crazy :/. i have never been pregnant before alothough i think i had a miscarrage at a younger age. i was having the heavy bleeding, leaking breast and so on. i just need to know your medical oppinion and anything else that might help.

Hi there,
After going through your question, I am of the opinion that:
1) You are having hormonal imbalance.
2) The leaking breast could be due to a high level of prolactin hormone..
3) Irregular periods are due to some hormonal imbalance caused due to obesity.
4) My suggestion is that you get an ultrasound and a complete hormonal study done which includes TSH, prolactin, Insulin, oestrogen, progesterone, FSH and LH.
5) The other reason could be your birth control pills too. They can interfere with the normal hormonal environment of the body.
