What Causes Crawling Ants Like Feeling Throughout Body?

Good morning, I ve been experiencing antlike feelings throughout my body. Initially, it began in my arms then traveled throughout my entire body. It has gotten worse. My head also feels as if some sort of insect is crawling underneath my scalp. I also get a strange feeling on the bottom of my feet. I feel like I m going to loose my mind. I ve done some research and found that many have experienced this. Thank you for your feedback.
