What Causes Crawling Sensation On Knees And Nose?

I have been having somewhat of a skin crawling feeling in my knees and some I have felt at the tip end of my nose. Started about 3 weeks ago. At times it seems to be better than others. I have a physical job, and I have had an issue with my right side of my trap for a couple of months now. I am more worries of a neurological disease than a pinched nerve. What should I do or monitor?

Feeling of crawling in knees, feet and nose is probably psychological. I suggest you to consult a psychiatrist for clinical assessment and thus management.
