What Causes Crawling Sensation On The Scalp Upon Sneezing?
I started doing coke around Christmas, I m trying to stop but one of the things I noticed is when I cough or sneeze, I feel like this sensation on my scalp that feels like bugs crawling from the back of my head to the top then it goes away. What is this?

As physician I am concerned about your cocaine use. cocaine can have many adverse effects on body all the way up to heart attack.
I would strongly recommend you to stop using cocaine. cocaine use can lead to tactile hallucinations which is described as bugs crawling sensation.
