Hello,

Creamy discharge from the vagina and menstrual cramps can be caused by a number of things, including hormonal changes, infections, and other medical conditions. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider to determine the exact cause of your symptoms.

If you have been experiencing discharge since you were young, it may be helpful to talk to your healthcare provider about it. They may recommend certain tests or procedures to determine the underlying cause of your discharge.

Continuous infections with a cottage cheese-like discharge are often indicative of a yeast infection. If you have taken medication for a yeast infection and it has not cleared up, it is important to follow up with your healthcare provider. They may recommend a different course of treatment or further testing to determine if there is another underlying condition causing your symptoms.

Menstrual-like cramps that occur outside of your menstrual cycle can be caused by a number of things, including ovarian cysts, endometriosis, or other medical conditions. Discuss these symptoms with your doctor to know the cause so that appropriate treatment can be administered.

Overall, it is important to pay attention to changes in your vaginal discharge and any other symptoms you may be experiencing. If you are concerned, it is always best to consult with a healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
