hello my son often goes crossed eye. he has been check for sight problems but completely fine he ha an mri for possible mid brain glioma they cannot work out why eye turns all the time. it turns on waking, when tired and random times throught the day? can u please suggest any reasons,
Hello It seems from the history that your son is having crossed eyes intermittently whenever he is tired. This is called as intermittent squint. This is because of failure of fusion of the eyes. This can be because of weakness of the exraocular muscles. This requires further evaluation by a ophthalmologist or preferably by a pediatric ophthalmologist and treatment accordingly.
