Hello,

The following are my recommendations:
1) Clean the wounds with running water
2) Apply antiseptic ointment like betadine on the wound
3) As bruising is present and is associated with swelling, you may need to take tab. Chymoral forte once daily for 3 days
4) To reduce pain, NSAIDs like tab. Ibuprofen can be taken twice daily for 3 days
5) If the pain and swelling don't reduce even after 3 days, you may need to consult an orthopedic surgeon to rule out any fractures

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
