What Causes Cuts And Reddish Boils On Lips And Inside Of Mouth?

I feel my lips & inner side of mouth has very small cuts or red boils for past two months. But is not visible with clarity for doctor also. Says may be due to stress. It just makes unhappy & no problem in having food as it was at its inception. I also suffer from acidity problem mostly after noon meals & night tiffens only.

Well come to HCM
Chances of stomatitis may be likely, some time this can be flair up with hyperacidity, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this with the medicine given bellow
1) Tab Folic acid twice in day
2) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
3) Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
