What Causes Cuts And Yellow Discharge From The Penis?

While in the shower I washing my penis and it started to bother me and I saw that Right underneath the head of my penis I have small cuts and a yellowish discharge for the first two days of having it. It bothered me to have sex or masturbate now it s fine just is still there most of the cuts have gone as well I got tested and treated for calamita a month ago and don t have any of the symptoms I had back then is it nothing to worry about and just let it heal or is it something serious

I don't know if you mean chlamydia instead of calamita.I will answer your question considering you meant chlamydia.
The symptoms you present could be caused by an STI like syphilis or herpes, local skin irritation or local skin infection by a bacteria or fungi.However, with a past history of Chlamydia which is an STI, other STIs should be eliminated especially those that can give such symptoms.I mean syphilis and herpes tests.You may also take a urethral swap smear test.
Just see your Doctor again for these test.He will manage you with respect to the results.
I will also recommend good genital hygiene.
