What Causes Cuts Around Clitoris?

I get these cuts on and around my clitoris sometimes, they burn and they re very painful.I usually get them after masturbating, or dry humping sometimes even after sex. Just wondering why? My boyfriend & I are both clean. Because I have had several test done and they ve all came back negative.
