What Causes Cuts On My Clitoris After Having Sex?

Hi, I have had oral sex with my partner and we have also had sexual intercourse. Four days after I have had sex with him, I have seen what seems to be cuts on my clitoris and they also look like sores. My clitoris burns because of the sores/cuts and urinating also causes it to burn. My partners claims he does not have a STD. What could be the possible cause to this ?

Do I have an STD or am I simply sore from friction ?
