What Causes Cuts On Vaginal Area Despite Having Antibiotics For Bacterial Vaginitis?

Hello. I have recently been on an antibiotic for bacterial vaginitis. I finished my doses this morning. I noticed irritation in between my vaginal lips last night that turned into burning today when I urinate. I used a mirror to look at my vulva, and in between my inner labia are two cuts , identical on either side near my vaginal opening, about an inch in length each. I just finished my period and wondered if maybe it was a cut from my plastic tampon applicator but after looking online and reading other girls accounts, am thinking now that it could be vaginal fissures? I see that those could be caused by taking antibiotics sometimes. I cannot afford to go to the doctor for a few weeks but the pain is awful. I am using vagisil right now and taking wimen s probiotics. My discharge is normal with no smell.what should i do and what do you think the problem could be?
