Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It seems you have Raynaud's phenomenon in view of intermittently the fingers and (also? the toes) going numb with cyanosis (turning blue), followed by tingling (due to reactive hyperemia) occurring spontaneously in the morning (possible exposure to cold).

In such cases, certain conditions need to be excluded like Collagen vascular disease such as scleroderma, dermatomyositis, SLE etc. You have not mentioned your gender.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
