What Causes Cyclic Fever?

My step son had been diagnosed with Cyclic Fevers 7 years ago and just began having them again for the last 2 1/2 months almost every 2-3 weeks. He had bloodwork drawn w/abnormal results as follows:

WBC-15.7; Segmented Neutrophils-80.0; Lymphocytes-11.0; Sed Rate-30; CRP-9.0; Glucose-110;Alkaline Phosphatase-175

Mono test neg. Thoughts????

Well come to HCM
Here the given blood test reports are within a normal limits, but boarder line neutrophil may be suggestive of respiratory long standing infection, with some allergic constitution but this seldom needs any treatment, this comes around on its own, at the most x-ray chest may required, hope this information helps.
