What Causes Cyst In The Brain?

Dear Doctor,

My son is 16 years old. He was diagnosed autistuic at the age of 3. By different doctors consultaion he somehow overcome some of the issues and continued his life. No medication except the aesthema medication is given to him for this case but mostly one to one communication and special atttention is provided to him. He has completed his O Level and got 4 A, 1 B and 1 C. His subjects of liking is mathematics and acounting. He somehow managed to pass English with a grade C. Till date he does not keep eye contact and his sentence construction is very poor. He started talking from the age 7. Recently he is diagnosed with epilepsy and also a cyst in the brain without any mass. Treatment is on with epilepsy. Doctors advised to take him to a counsellor for further study. What is your suggestion in this regard? I hope to come in the 1st week of june this year for this pupose if you have some one to take carre of the issues.
