What Causes Cyst Like Bumps And Fluid Discharge On Thighs And Scrotum?

I ve had skin issues all my life and have even had surgery to remove my oil track glands underneath my armpits due to large cysts. I started to get these cyst type symptoms in the crease of my thigh and scrotum and sometimes on the scrotum. They end up popping or opening up and release fluids similar too a pimple or cyst. I work outside and I have to wear jeans and sweat a lot and didn t know if that had something to do with the recent outbreak. Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic HCM. I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns. I feel sorry for the issues you have had so long.

Probable diagnosis and Cause:-
Yes, it is known as Jock Itch, a disease caused by the Tinea Fungus. It is common in the moist and humid areas of the body, and what can be more suitable than groins. (as you can see that you have the issues in the same areas).

Yes, definitely it is due to warm humid climate too. And people who wear jeans and non-cotton underwear, and who don't shave the pubes and thighs areas in the groin are the main sufferers.

Management:-
After doing complete/proper under shave clean the area with oatmeal milk and honey body wash and plenty of water (don't rub much); Apply Hydrocortisone+Clotrimazole cream on the areas affected.
Take Tablet Loratadine.
Take Tablet Ibuprofen.
Capsule Perfectil for Hair Nails and Skin.

Take plenty of water and take shower with only Oatmeal milk and honey body wash (No scented soaps). Don't use baby powder.

Wear Cotton only under wears; Loose Clothes and if you can please wear loose cotton pent that may permit free air to cross.

**{If this is an STD or not we can't comment on it without having sexual history and seeing a picture of the lesions}**
