What Causes Cyst Like Bumps On The Head?

Sunday night I notice a couple cyct like bumps on my head. Yesterday there were a couple more. Now I have 6. A couple are sore to touch. What could this be. I went to see a arnp today and she didn t know. I head X-rays done and they key not know till monday
