What Causes Cystic Acne And Rashes On The Hands, Feet And Calves?
I have a rash on bilateral wrist, palms, feet ,ankles and sparsely spreading to calves. I have tried multiple OTC steroid,fungal and benadryl creams/ointments.Rx s include betamethasone variances, steroids including class 4.At the same time this rash occurred..cystic acne evolved. Clindamyacin gel and trentoin gel.Biopsy of rash stated compatible with Lichens Planus and facial was not biopsied but said to be hormonal cystic acne.all treatments including high dose oral prednisone titration have failed. RA blood tests negative.

As a first line management, you can use Clindamycin lotion for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
