What Causes Cystic Zit On Face And Swollen Glands Under Neck?

Hi there. I recently just got my period a week and a half early (I've been on the same birth control pill for several years and I never miss a pill), I now have a cystic zit on my chin that's causing several painful swollen glands under my neck, and now I'm experiencing dizziness.

Severe continuous vertigo with vomiting points to possibility of vestibular neuronitis.Common predisposing factors are viral flu,trauma,idiopathic.Usually settles with vestibular suppressants like prochlorperazine.Consultation with ent is advised for detailed examination and diagnosis.
