Hi doctor,I did a mammogram and ultrasound 1 week ago... According to my OB doctor, she said I have a cyst on my both breast, and told me I don t have to be worried because it s not cancerous.,and no treatment needed and it will just disappear after i menopause. I was so worried when I went to the clinic and pick up the result of my mammogram and ultrasound, because I red that early follow up ultrasound study in six moths time is recommended... And my category says, probably benign finding. What does this mean? Do I need to worry about this? Tnx....
if it is cyst and cofirmed by clinical examinatio and investigation you can leave it like that. noharm to consult oncologist and take his advise. it should be kept unde observation and investigation should be repeated. however advise of oncologist be final subsiquently youb should be under his treatment and atake his advise.
