What Causes Dark And Dry Patch On Thigh?
My 3 year old daughter has a dark dry patch that is about half an inch in diameter on her thigh it has lasted for about six weeks and until now has not spread. She now has two additional patches on the buttox of the same leg. She doesn t scratch it too often nor does she complain of it itching or hurting we do have eczema and our family but nothing like this.

Eczema is of course a possibility and different locations can cause it to present differently, nothing too serious and so I would recommend a visit to your family dermatologist and avoid scratching or further irritating the region.
