What Causes Dark And Sore Discoloration Near Toe?

After a walk on a treadmill at the gym 3 hours ago I just took off my socks to get ready fir a shower and saw a discolor on top of my .right foot, thought it was dye from the socks I was wearing. I showered and when I got got and dried off I still had the spot. Just above the toes, dark and very sore to the touch. I m sorry but I m new to this site and did not realize there was a cost. I am on limited income. Sorry to have bothered you. If it gets worse I will go to my local VA.. Thank yiu

Hello,

I think the black sign you had on toe may be related to injury during exercising and possibly you didn't noticed it at that time. You can send me a photo of it in reports and I can give you a better opinion. There is no special treatment for it ,just keep rest and wear wide shoes.
