Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dark and thick menstrual bleeding . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like retained menses , miscarriage , infections of the vagina, cervix or uterus or fibroids are masses of tissue that arise from the middle muscular layer of the uterus known as the myometrium . I would suggest you to consult gynecologist for proper examination without any delay to prevent complications . Doctor may order ultrasound or examine physically . If your are getting dizzy and feeling weak then its extremely important to go for checkup .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
