What Causes Dark Black Mark On The Knees Due To A Hit?

hello. i fell down while playing basket ball and hit on my both knees. It was only pain that day. the next day both my knees had black mark about the size of a bottle cap. It hurts when i touch. And it is getting darker and darker day by day. Should i be worried?

After going through your history, I wanna assure you that there is nothing to be worried as it is a normal healing process.
I would suggest you to visit an orthopedician for detailed examination of your knees and radiographic examination to rule out any fracture.
Meanwhile you can take Nifen MR 2 times a day for pain relief.
