What Causes Dark Black Pigmentation Around Anus?

Hello Doctor, There is dark black pigmentation around my anus and I am not so fair person too. It happened suddenly,there is no concern about by hygiene also.Suddenly it started appearing under my chest also. Note:I am not married. KIndly help me with this?

friction dermatitis.

detailed answer:
--hyperpigmentation around anus and underneath chest could be due to constant friction of the skin which cause the skin to darken.
-- wear loose clothes to prevent further irritataion and darkening of skin.
--you may also apply talcum powder to prevent rubbing.
--you may apply meladerm whitening cream over these areas for 4 weeks.
-- if itching is present, you may take tab levocetrizine once a day and apply antifungals like topical miconazole cream once a day.
