Hi..doctor..my nose and check in dark black spot .my doctor treatment my hormonal.because my two operate overin cyst hevy bleeding...doctor advice primoult n and trazmeen capsules...in three mount..after treatment my face nose its very effected.plz advice me

As a treating dermatologist, I will diagnose your problem as melasma as per your description. Use cream triaglow(combination of hydroquinone +Tretinoin +fkucinilone) at night in a pea size amount. It can be continued for 2mth only. At the day time use sunscreen with SPF 30 or more at every 2 hr interval.
