What Causes Dark Brown And Thick Menstrual Flow?

hello, i had a myectomy july 2010 and saw my period a month after. but after the first period which had the usual red blood, all i've been having during my period is this darkbrownish thick discharge with spots of dark red blood. Does this mean my endo lining has been affected as i"m trying to conceive.
