What Causes Dark Brown Bleeding And Pain On The Left Side?

Hi. I m wondering what s wrong with me cause my left side is hurting and I m having dark brown bleeding not to much but it s looms like skin sometimes...I did have bacteria infection but I was treated already n I sometimes have hard time going #2 and when having intercourse my left side hurts and bleeding I m on the birth control shot Idk what it could be??
