What Causes Dark Brown Color Stool?
I noticed my stool was a regular dark brown color, however i noticed a white substance inside of it (kind of like its coming out of it) It looked like tissue paper. I am not taking any medications, Ive had a lot of loose stool but still formed because I have been drinking a lot of water. I just want to make sure that its normal

It is unlikely to be anything wrong, as you don't have any symptoms. You can go for stool routine examination, in case you are bit anxious about it.
