What Causes Dark Brown Discharge And Back Pain During Periods?
i have been trying to get pregnant and I m very irregular with my periods well the other day I started. This time thought it was a dark brown discharge that was real think and pasty like substance. My back hurt so bad. I have never had a baby but if I did I would think that is what labor is like. Is this normal? Is something wrong?

As, you are having irregular periods and also these symptoms, you are describing are no convincing symptoms, which may point to pregnancy. Hence in your case, an HPT is the only reliable way to confirm/rule out a pregnancy.
