Hello dear Understand your concern Dark discharge means old blood that remain in the uterus for long time and then it will come out from the uterus. Since two month you had not period and period in the February with brown discharge and pain suggests possibility of little retain product of pregnancy. You should consult the gynecologist and go for USG to confirm retain product. If it will found, should be removed by D & C/ Misoprostol. Other causes are should be as follow in absence of retain product: Vaginal/pelvic infection, hormonal dysfunction, fibroid, endometriosis, PCOS. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
