What Causes Dark Brown Stringy Menstruation?
My period was 3 days late, I m always on time, did hpt which was negative, when my period finally came along yesterday it was very light and pink, today it s still light but dark brown looking with stringy bits. Is this nornal? Do I need to do another hpt? It s never happened before

The stringy brown-pink menses around date of periods (while the periods are otherwise normal) could be implantation bleeding with possibility of conception. Please repeat home pregnancy test after 8 days of expected date of periods (may be next week).
